WAM Nouakchott, Nov 09th, 2009 (WAM): UAE ambassador in Mauritania Abdullah Al-Takawi met with Hamdi Ould Hamadi, Mauritanian Minister of National Defence and discussed with him ways to develop relations of cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the ambassador delivered to the Mauritanian Minister an invitation from Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to attend the 11th International Aerospace Exhibition in Dubai scheduled from 15 to19 November.

The minister hailed the overall development in the UAE under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

He also expressed gratitude to Vice President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for the invitation to participate in the Dubai Airshow.
