WAM Fujairah, Mar 10th, 2010 (WAM) -- HH Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, has issued a law establishing the Fujairah Foundation for Regions' Development. The Foundation aims to achieve community welfare and the development of various regions which are in need of support in the emirate. The Foundation aims to meet their needs by way of ensuring the provision of an appropriate atmosphere to achieve a balance of living among the people of the emirate.

Sheikh Mohammed also issued an Emiri decree forming the Board of Directors of the Foundation, with the Crown Prince of Fujairah HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi as chairman and HE Saeed Bin Mohammed Al Ragbani, Ahmed Mohammed Al-Sharif, Obeid Rashid Misbah Al-Zahmi, Saif Ali Rashid Al-Hamoudi, Abdulla Mohamed Abdulla Al-Hantobi and Ahmed Saeed Matar Al-Marshoudi as members.
