SEOUL, 24th July, 2024 (WAM) -- Exports by the Republic of Korea's small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) increased 4.4 percent in the first half from a year earlier, driven by the strong performance of the cosmetics sector, Yonhap News Agency said on Wednesday.
Outbound shipments by 77,078 SMEs came to US$57.1 billion in the January-June period, compared with $54.7 billion a year ago, according to the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
