Magnitude 6 earthquake strikes north coast of Papua New Guinea

PORT MORESBY, 5th September, 2024 (WAM) -- An earthquake of magnitude 6 struck near the north coast of Papua New Guinea on Thursday, Reuters reported, citing the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ).The earthquake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 miles), GFZ said.
