RAS AL KHAIMAH, 25th November, 2024 (WAM) -- The Ras Al Khaimah Police have launched the "Nation's Joy" initiative as part of the celebrations marking the UAE's 53rd Eid Al Etihad.
Colonel Hamad Abdullah Al-Awadhi, Director of the Media and Public Relations Department at RAK Police, explained that the initiative aims to bring happiness to the community—citizens, residents, and visitors—within a safe and secure environment.
The initiative included a variety of entertainment activities, such as performances by the RAK Police music band, the recital of national poems, and a photo contest to capture the essence of national joy. The winning image, chosen for its national impact, will be awarded a prize. Additionally, cultural competitions were held, offering various prizes from the event's official sponsors.
