SEOUL, 7th May, 2025 (WAM) -- Bio Korea 2025, the Republic of Korea’s largest trade fair for the health and pharmaceutical industries, opened on Wednesday in Seoul, bringing together around 750 companies from across the globe to showcase the latest technological innovations and trends in the bio sector.
Now in its 20th year, the three-day annual exhibition is being held under the theme, “Innovation and Cooperation, Shaping the Future Together,” according to the organisers.
Approximately 30,000 visitors are expected to attend the event, which features 429 booths operated by 323 companies from around the world, according to Yonhap News Agency.
This year’s edition focuses on advancements in the bio-health sector driven by artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, as well as current industry trends such as new therapeutic modalities and anti-ageing solutions.
