BEIJING, 8th May, 2025 (WAM) -- China's foreign exchange reserves reached $3.2817 trillion at the end of April 2025, up 1.27 percent from the end of March, official data showed Wednesday.
The combined effects of currency translation and asset price changes have led to the increase in China's foreign exchange reserves, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange said in a statement.
Global Times quoted the statement as saying that the resilience and vitality of the Chinese economy contributed to the stability of the foreign exchange reserves.
