NEW YORK, 15th May, 2026 (WAM) -- Major indices on the US Wall Street stock exchange closed higher on Thursday.
The Standard & Poor’s 500 index rose by 57.39 points, or 0.77 percent, to close at 7,501.64 points.
The Nasdaq Composite also gained 232.88 points, or 0.88 percent, reaching 26,635.83 points.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 374.79 points, or 0.75 percent, to 50,067.99 points.
