SANTIAGO, 4th July, 2026 (WAM) -- An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale struck the area off the central coast of Chile on Friday.
The German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ) said the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometres.
