ABU DHABI, 14th November, 2023 (WAM) -- Li Xia, Deputy Executive Director-General of the International News Photo Agency, stressed that the Global Media Congress (GMC) is an important event for journalists from around the world.
The event offers an opportunity for journalists to share expertise and insights on major issues, she added.
In her statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM) on the sidelines of her participation in GMC 2023, Li highlighted the importance of the topics discussed in the second edition of the international event.
She also commended the opening ceremony of the event, which used the latest technology, such as artificial intelligence (AI), expressing her hope that it would help promote cooperation between various international media outlets to offer better services to humanity.
