Álvaro Leyva Durán, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Colombia, received Salem Rashed Al Owais, UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Colombia, on the occasion of the end of his tenure as Ambassador to the Republic.Durán commended the efforts made by the Ambassador during his tenure to strengthen relation
