Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) has broken ground on the second phase of its Uptown Dubai development as it continues to substantially enhance and expand its real estate offering. The groundbreaking comes following the appointment of Swissboring Overseas Piling Corporation for the enabling an
