WARSAW, 12th August, 2024 (WAM) -- Poland signed a $1.2 billion agreement with Raytheon Technologies to produce components for Patriot air-defence batteries as Warsaw seeks to bolster its defences, according to Bloomberg.
The deal to produce 48 Patriot M903 launch stations strengthens the cooperation between the Polish and US defence industries and opens the way for further contracts to supply components through the end of the decade.
These launch stations will be produced in Poland, said Polish Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz following the signing of the agreement on Monday.
