First case of Mpox detected in Sweden

STOCKHOLM, 15th August, 2024 (WAM) -- Sweden has reported its first case of the highly contagious Monkeypox variant that has led the World Health Organisation to issue a global health emergency. The Swedish Public Health Agency announced the discovery at a press conference today.
