Fourth Arab Coaching Forum kicks off in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, 22nd November, 2024 (WAM) -- The fourth edition of the Arab Coaching Forum and its accompanying exhibition officially began today under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nehyan.

Organised and managed by the Get Smart International Training Centre, the forum is hosted at the Vogo Golf Club Hotel in Abu Dhabi.

During his opening speech, Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan emphasised the UAE's unwavering commitment to education, training, and workforce development. He highlighted that knowledge and advanced sciences are the key drivers of a prosperous future, reinforcing the significance of investing in the education and development of Emirati youth.

Professor Mohammed Abu Al Faraj Sadiq, President of the Forum, said that the country has advanced beyond empowering youth and women to empowering society.

The UAE has achieved remarkable strides in both the quality of education and the programmes offered, ensuring alignment with the labour market's needs and rapid scientific progress. Areas of focus include artificial intelligence, technology, cybersecurity, and the medical, engineering, and environmental sectors, particularly in addressing global challenges such as climate change.

Matin Issa, CEO and Owner of the Get Smart International Training Centre, highlighted the country's reputation as a global leader in attracting educational and medical tourism.

The fourth edition of the Arab Coaching Forum has drawn participation from 22 countries, featuring 76 speakers, 76 training workshops, and 350 trainees—nearly half of whom are UAE nationals.
