ABU DHABI, 24th November, 2024 (WAM) -- The fourth Arab Coaching Forum concluded in Abu Dhabi, under the patronage of Sheikh Mohammed bin Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan.
Organised by Get Smart International Training Center, the three-day event was held at the Vogo Golf Club Hotel.
This year, the forum attracted over 350 participants, 76 trainers, and hosted 67 workshops under the theme “From Knowledge to Transfer of Impact".
Discussions covered diverse topics such as psychological care, entrepreneurship, family skills, and social and economic well-being.
Speakers included Certified Coach Dr. Ahmed Magdy from Egypt, Ahmed Al-Abri from Oman, and Joanna Rizzo from Germany, who presented sessions on positive intelligence and cultural perspectives in coaching.
Other speakers such as Benita Smith from South Africa and Abdullah Rabie from Egypt explored policy strategies and the intersection of Arab and Western coaching cultures.
Distinguished attendees included Sheikh Saqr bin Rashid Al Qasimi and representatives from various academic, business, and media sectors.
The forum emphasised fostering scientific partnerships, professional development, and training as key components for preparing a skilled workforce.
Dr. Ahmed Abu Al Hoda, CEO and Co-Founder of the forum, and Dr. Osama Al-Azab, Co-Founder, highlighted the UAE’s pivotal role in promoting knowledge-sharing and professional training.
They praised the nation’s leadership and hospitality, noting its alignment with the UAE’s Fifty Principles, a strategic roadmap for the country's development.
Participants expressed gratitude for the forum’s patronage, acknowledging its success as a platform for collaboration, innovation, and the enhancement of training standards across the Arab world.
