ABU DHABI, 1st May, 2025 (WAM) -- Minister of Justice Abdullah bin Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi has met with a delegation from the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), led by Jo Dedeyne-Amann, Secretary of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice and UNODC Representative.
The meeting, held on Tuesday at the Ministry’s headquarters in Abu Dhabi, focused on coordination and cooperation for the upcoming 15th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, scheduled for Abu Dhabi in April 2026.
Minister Al Nuaimi underscored the significance of bolstering joint efforts and enhancing international collaboration to address organised crime and combat drug-related issues, in line with international standards and with full respect for the principles of human rights.
