Hive Furniture Show 2025 kicks off at Expo Centre Sharjah

SHARJAH, 15th May, 2025 (WAM) -- The fifth edition of Hive Furniture Show 2025, a key platform for big-box furniture retailers and wholesalers in the region, officially kicked off on Thursday at Expo Centre Sharjah and will run until 17th May.

Launched with support from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), the show features over 300 global exhibitors from more than 20 countries. Top-tier suppliers and prominent global furniture and home décor brands are participating.

The exhibition was officially inaugurated by Abdallah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of SCCI and Expo Centre Sharjah. The opening was attended by several board members of the Sharjah Chamber, Marwan Al Mashghouni, Director of Government Communications at Expo Centre Sharjah, and senior representatives of exhibiting companies.

After the opening ceremony, attendees toured various pavilions and received detailed briefings on new product lines and furnishing designs, making their market debut. Displayed collections include modern home furniture, household appliances, garden and landscape décor, luxury furnishings, and innovative interior solutions.

Hive Furniture Show 2025 is organised by OMG Exhibitions and Conferences. The event showcases premium furniture that meets international standards and highlights luxurious and creative interior design solutions.

With over 10,000 pieces on display, the show spans residential, office, and children’s furniture. It also includes outdoor collections and decorative accessories.

Abdallah Sultan Al Owais reaffirmed the Sharjah Chamber’s support for trade exhibitions that boost economic development and attract investments. He highlighted the show’s role in strengthening Sharjah’s reputation as a hub for impactful trade events.

The event attracts visitors from more than 50 countries and is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm. This year’s edition features panel discussions with leading producers and experts addressing topics such as furniture manufacturing strategies, interior design innovations, and future trends in home décor.
