ABU DHABI, 23rd January, 2026 (WAM) -- President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, has issued an Emiri decree appointing Shamis Ali Khalfan Al Dhaheri as a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Community Development, and Mohamed Taj Eddine Ahmed Alqadi as a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Education and Knowledge.
