JAKARTA, 21st May, 2026 (WAM) -- An earthquake measuring 5 magnitude on the Richter scale struck eastern Indonesia on Thursday.
Indonesia’s Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency said the earthquake occurred 231 kilometres west of the Tanimbar Islands at a depth of 137 kilometres.
No tsunami warnings were issued.
