TOKYO, 30th July, 2026 (WAM) -- The death toll from the powerful earthquake that struck Japan's Kumamoto Prefecture has risen to 23.
The magnitude 7.1 earthquake struck Kumamoto Prefecture on Tuesday, causing the collapse of several buildings and damaging roads and infrastructure.
