AL AIN, 24th August, 2026 (WAM) -- The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and LEAD Development on Monday announced the official opening of the Sales Centre for the Al Dhaher Residential Project in Al Ain, marking an important step in strengthening direct engagement with beneficiaries and providing them with a clear and seamless experience throughout their home-selection journey.
Developed in strategic partnership with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) and the Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC), Al Dhaher will deliver contemporary villas supported by integrated infrastructure and community amenities, with a focus on quality of life, long-term sustainability, and the evolving needs of Emirati families.
Located in Al Ain’s Al Markhaniyya District, the new Sales Centre will serve as the focal point for eligible UAE Nationals under the ADHA housing programme, providing beneficiaries with direct access to project information, villa options, the master plan, and ongoing development updates, while supporting them throughout the selection and sales process.
The opening of the Sales Centre reflects the shared commitment of all partners to supporting Abu Dhabi’s vision of delivering sustainable, high-quality residential communities that enhance the overall living experience for Emirati citizens.
