ABU DHABI, 24th August, 2026 (WAM) -- Abu Dhabi University (ADU) has achieved a major international milestone, with the official accreditation of its Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme by the Association of MBAs (AMBA).
With this recognition, ADU’s College of Business becomes the first and only local, non-branch business school in the GCC and the second in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region to attain the “Triple Crown” status by holding simultaneous accreditations from AACSB, EQUIS, and AMBA.
The Triple Crown achievement by ADU further strengthens the global standing of its business education, as this distinction is held by fewer than 1 percent of business schools globally and under 150 institutions worldwide.

The accreditation further builds on ADU’s strong performance in international rankings. The university’s Business and Economics subject area is ranked first in the UAE and the Arab region in the Times Higher Education (THE) Subject Rankings 2026, while its MBA Programme is ranked among the top 151–200 globally in the QS Global MBA Rankings 2026.
