DUBAI, 24th August, 2026 (WAM) -- The 31st edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition, DUPHAT 2026, will open tomorrow at Dubai World Trade Centre and run for three days, bringing together leading medical figures, experts and pharmaceutical specialists from around the world to highlight the latest developments and innovations shaping the future of the pharmaceutical sector.
This year’s event is officially supported by the Emirates Drug Establishment (EDE), reflecting its commitment to supporting the development of the pharmaceutical industry, strengthening public-private sector partnerships, and advancing the UAE’s pharmaceutical ecosystem by enhancing regulatory frameworks, encouraging innovation, promoting local pharmaceutical manufacturing and reinforcing supply chain resilience.
DUPHAT is one of the leading global specialised pharmaceutical events in the Middle East and Africa, providing an international platform that brings together pharmaceutical companies, specialists, experts and decision-makers to showcase the latest innovations and technologies, discuss the future of the pharmaceutical industry, and explore opportunities for cooperation and strategic partnerships.
This year’s edition will feature more than 1,100 brands and is expected to attract more than 25,000 visitors from 85 countries. Its programme includes 104 scientific sessions and 12 workshops, in addition to 400 scientific posters presented by university students.
VITASHOW DUBAI will also be held alongside DUPHAT 2026, showcasing the latest innovations in nutritional supplements and providing industry leaders with a platform to present innovative products and developments in the sector. The exhibition will also feature broad international participation.
