ABU DHABI, MAY 21, 2000--- Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, issued here today a ministerial decision appointing Ambassador Abdul Aziz Nasser Rahma Al Shamsi as Director of the Ministry's Department for International Organizations and Conferences. Al Shamsi's earlier postings included the country's Ambassador to Paris, Permanent Representative to UNESCO and non-Resident Ambassador to Switzerland. WAM/SD-BG
