Dubai, Nov.15, 2002 (WAM) -- The first specialised oral implantology clinic in the Gulf opened in Dubai last month, according to Dr. Souheil Hussaini, Director of the Oral Implantology Medical Center. The center is located opposite the Deira City Centre shopping mall. The centre specialises in bone, gum and teeth implants. Its facilities includes a sterile operating theatre. The centre has a dedicated scrub nurse and changing rooms for patients and doctors. "Our clinic has everything needed to carry out oral implants. So far, in the Gulf, dental clinics have many specialities and add implantology to their practice. This is good, as until you have a specialised clinic that deals with one speciality you cannot really document each case and take accurate statistics," +Khaleej Times+ quoted Dr Hussaini as saying.
