Ras Al Khaimah, 5th November, 2014 (WAM) - A state-of-the-art eye care centre at the Ras Al Khaimah Hospital was opened by H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, today.
It is for the first time in the Middle East that a centre will be providing such advanced eye care and treatment.
Sheikh Saud toured various units of the centre and familiarised himself with the latest eye care services and surgical techniques.
Raza Siddiqui, Executive Director of RAK Hospital, said the a new ultramodern facility, the first of its kind specialist eye care centre in the Northern Emirates, is committed to providing high quality and safe preventive, therapeutic and surgical services.
