Sheikh Rashid underlined the fact that the Ajman government was keen to develop all the areas in the emirate and attract Arab, as well as foreign investors, by providing them with the required services and infrastructure, in addition to facilities and incentives.

The overall planning of the emirate will be updated through the strategic landmarks established by Sheikh Humaid, which will be followed up by H.H. He emphasised that the status of the projects that were in the process of implementation in the emirate proved that they were on the right track.

Saleh Abdullah Lootah remarked that the Masfout Heights Project was considered among the more substantial tourism-related projects, and it would be implemented in several phases within five years.

The primary design of the project has been conceived, and work is ongoing on the referral of the detailed drawings of the plans for an Engineering Consulting Services Company to start the implementation by mid-2018, while the first phase is expected to be completed in 2021 followed by the other stages, he mentioned.
