Jordan and Hungary discuss regional and international developments
AMMAN, 7th November, 2017 (WAM) -- King Abdullah II of Jordan held talks with visiting Hungarian President, Janos Ader, on Monday, which focused on Jordanian-Hungarian ties as well as current regional and international developments.
According to the Jordan News Agency, Petra, King Abdullah and President Ader discussed the latest regional developments and re-affirmed the need to find political solutions to regional crises, and reviewed international efforts to fight terrorism with a comprehensive approach.
Their talks also dealt with negotiations between Palestinians and Israelis and the peace process, on the basis of the two-state solution.
The Jordanian King said that the absence of a just and permanent solution to the Palestinian issue will be used by extremists as a means to feed their terrorist agenda and will also undermine efforts to bring about security and stability in the region.
