Gargash receives UN Special Envoy for Yemen

ABU DHABI, 30th April 2018 (WAM) - Dr. Anwar bin Mohammed Gargash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, received here on Monday Martin Griffiths, the UN Secretary General's Special Envoy for Yemen.

The meeting discussed political developments in Yemen and the efforts to reach a peaceful solution to the crisis, in line with the international legitimacy resolutions.

Also discussed were a number of topics related to the Yemeni crisis.

The meeting was attended by Salem Khalifa Al Ghafli, UAE Ambassador to Yemen and members of the delegation accompanying Martin Griffiths.
