UAE President receives written message from South African President
ABU DHABI, 20th September, 2022 (WAM) -- President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has received a written message from President Cyril Ramaphosa of South Africa, dealing with opportunities for scaling bilateral relations to new heights in order to serve mutual interests.
President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed received the message as he welcomed Dr. Bejani Chauke, Advisor to the President of South Africa and his Special Envoy, at Qasr Al Bahr Majlis today, who also conveyed to him the greetings of President Ramaphosa and his best wishes for continued health and happiness as well as further progress and prosperity for the UAE people.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed reciprocated his greetings and best wishes for the South African president and people.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed cooperation relations between the two countries and ways to enhance them in various fields and the possibilities of pushing them forward at all levels, especially economic and investment, which serve the development efforts in both countries.
The meeting was attended by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region; H.H. Sheikh Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; H.H. Sheikh Nahyan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Zayed Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior; H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court; H.H. Sheikh Hamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; H.H. Sheikh Khalid bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Zayed Higher Organisation for People of Determination (ZHO); H.H. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed, Member of Abu Dhabi Executive Council and Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Office; Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; and several ministers and senior officials.
