ABU DHABI, 23rd November (WAM) – H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, emphasised the necessity for all state institutions, councils, and institutions to continue working cooperatively to advance all matters of high priority for the United Arab Emirates under the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan AND His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai.

Sheikh Mansour's remarks came during his meeting with the secretaries of the Emirates' executive councils of the emirates in the presence of Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs and Rashid Al Amri, the Presidential Court's Undersecretary for Governmental Affairs. The meeting is part of the current two-day session of the Annual Government Meetings 2022 in the presence of over 500 federal and local government officials.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan emphasised the significance of the role played by the executive councils in facilitating federal work and improving integration and coordination between all the emirates in order to achieve he programmes, plans, and initiatives launched at the country level in various sectors and crucial areas, which constitute a basic pillar in the development drive pursued by the country.

“Collaborative work between the Emirates' executive councils is crucial for securing integration in governmental workings at the federal and local levels and for producing the best possible outcomes in the upcoming years,” Sheikh Mansour said.

Sheikh Mansour continued by saying that the UAE is advancing along its road of comprehensive development via concerted action based on a clear vision and policies that look to the future, in accordance with the directives of its leaders and the aspirations of its people.
In order to improve the country's competitiveness at the regional and international levels and to solidify its leading position among the best and most developed economies in the world, Sheikh Mansour emphasised the need to keep working diligently to achieve the best results and to continue making the most of the country's economic opportunities.
