ABU DHABI, 30th January, 2023 (WAM) – Federal National Council members Nasser Al Yamahi and Obaid Al Salami attended 3rd counter-terrorism coordination meeting in Doha, Qatar organized by UNOCT and UNOCT Programme Office on Parliamentary Engagement in Preventing and Countering Terrorism in cooperation with Qatari Shura Council. The meeting discussed activities and initiatives by parliaments, regional trends, completed activities, priorities, future efforts, and implementation of gender-based approach to combatting terrorism and violent extremism.
