UAE, Lithuania discuss promoting mutual investments

ABU DHABI, 21st February, 2023 (WAM) – Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy, emphasised the strength of relations between the UAE and the Republic of Lithuania, noting that the two countries' leaders share a desire to enhance collaboration in all domains in order to achieve their long-term development goals.

This came during his meeting with Kęstutis Navickas, Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Lithuania, and his accompanying delegation, including Ramūnas Davidonis, Ambassador of Lithuania to the UAE, and a number of Lithuanian officials.

"The UAE's steps to build a sustainable knowledge-based, innovation-driven economic model coincide with Lithuania's approach toward sectors of the new economy, which represent a robust support for strengthening the partnership between the two countries in several vital areas that will create added value to our economies, including creating new job opportunities," says the UAE minister.
