SHARJAH, 27th March, 2023 (WAM) -- The Sharjah Sports Council will organise the second edition of the "Sharjah Charity Run" on Saturday, 1st April.

With the expectation of 400 contestants, the race starts and ends at the Sharjah Mosque, where it will run for distances of 3, 5, and 10 kilometres, and the proceeds will go to the Big Heart Foundation.

Yasser Omar Al Doukhi, Director of the Department of Sports and Community Events, stated that the race would start with the ten-kilometre race at 22:00. After that, the five-kilometre race will start, then the three-kilometre race.
